Holiday Mini Loaf Pan

Cute little cakes. Made mini coffee cakes for the neighbors at Christmas. Follow directions and all works well.

Love this pan. The size of loaf and cooking time work out great. Holiday designs are nice, but wish they also made the same size pan/loaf's with solid flat bottoms. Cleaning the cracks and crevices is a small challenge.

Beautiful pan, I cannot wait to use it! I plan on making the mini loaves and giving them as gifts! Thank You for a top quality baking pan!

Great quality and heavy enough to resist dents for years to come. No wonder there's a lifetime warranty on this product! Although I haven't used it yet, with a light greasing (please, no non-stick sprays because they build up residue), I had no trouble releasing cakes from other Nordic Ware novelty pans. I think that this pan is great for people like me with limited decorating skills. Just sift a little confectioners sugar on your cakes & you're good to go.

Ability: Professional Ownership: 1-2 months or less Product Quality: Poor Recommend: No I purchased this pan to bake mini loaves for the holidays, when I saw the photos shown below I thought this will be the perfect pan for my holiday give always. Well, I was soooooo DISAPPOINTED, I had to make the cakes twice, and both times they came out like a kindergartner did them, ending up using some plain mini loaf pan and made the cakes a third time. The batter doesn’t set properly in the molds, my thinking is that the molds aren’t deep enough. I used the large harvest, the flower, and a few others and the came out lovely. The couple classic Bundt pans I’ve use so far the cakes came out gorgeous! I will be returning the holiday mini loaf pan. I do not want a refund, I will like to exchange it for something else. So far I’m sticking to the large loaf and Bundt pan!
