Sizzling Steak Server
A set of four sizzling steak servers came with the house in 1992 and not knowing what they were, I have always used them as individual broiling pans. Broiling pans for the oven are so hard to clean but these, if you wipe them with oil before using, come clean very easily. They are the perfect size for a single steak or salmon serving. They are perfect when cooking for one or two. I give them a 5. .

We have had two of these serving trays for almost 20 years and have used them 3 to 4 times a month. They stil look as though they just came yesterday. They clean with NO effort at all. We use stake knives all the time and there are no scratches or nicks on the stainless steel plates. We love them! I recommend them highly.
