The covered pan can move directly from the kitchen to the refrigerator or another location without transferring food to a separate container. The lid is not oven safe and should only be used with a cooled pan.
Care Instructions
The baking pan is oven safe up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Hand washing is recommended for both pieces to help preserve the nonstick coating and finish. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on the nonstick surface.
