Construction
The Nordic Ware Holiday 5pc Half Sheet Set combines a Naturals® Half Sheet, Multi-Purpose Oven and Cooling Rack, and three red cookie cutters. The Half Sheet is made from pure, uncoated aluminum for even heat distribution and features an encapsulated steel rim that adds strength and helps resist warping. The rack uses single-sheet uncoated aluminum construction with diagonal stiffening ribs, angled sides, and trimmed corners for rigidity and easy handling.
Performance
Use the Half Sheet for baking cookies, pastries, and holiday treats or roasting seasonal meals. The rack elevates food for roasting and broiling while allowing airflow around baked goods as they cool. Three red cookie cutters create candy cane, reindeer, and Christmas tree shapes for holiday cookies and decorating.
Size and Versatility
Designed for holiday baking, Christmas cookie exchanges, seasonal meals, and everyday cooking, this set brings multiple baking tools together for the holiday kitchen. It also makes a useful gift for home bakers, new homeowners, or hosts and fits a range of seasonal baking projects.
Care Instructions
The Half Sheet and rack are oven safe up to 500 F and safe for broiling. Hand wash with warm, soapy water and avoid abrasive cleaners and automatic dishwashers. Hand wash the cookie cutters.
