Construction
The Nordic Ware Holiday 5pc Quarter Sheet Set combines a Naturals® Quarter Sheet, Multi Purpose Oven and Cooling Rack, and three red cookie cutters. The Quarter Sheet is made from pure uncoated aluminum for even heat distribution and a lightweight design that is easy to handle. The rack uses single sheet uncoated aluminum construction with diagonal stiffening ribs, angled sides, and trimmed corners for easy handling and airflow.
Performance
Use the Quarter Sheet for baking Christmas cookies, pastries, and holiday treats or roasting seasonal foods. The rack elevates food for roasting and broiling while allowing airflow around baked goods as they cool. The three red cookie cutters create candy cane, reindeer, and Christmas tree shapes for holiday cookies and decorating.
Size and Versatility
The Naturals® Quarter Sheet provides a compact baking surface for smaller batches of cookies, roasted vegetables, appetizers, and other everyday foods. Use the set for Christmas baking, cookie exchanges, seasonal meals, everyday cooking, and holiday gift giving.
Care Instructions
The Quarter Sheet and rack are oven safe up to 500 F and safe for broiling. Hand wash with warm soapy water and avoid abrasive cleaners and automatic dishwashers. Hand wash the cookie cutters.
