Construction
The Nordic Ware Classic Donut Pan is made from aluminum to promote even heat distribution across all six donut cavities. Its lightweight construction makes it easy to handle when preparing homemade baked donuts. The pan has a 3.75-cup total capacity for baking a batch of donuts in your home kitchen. Featuring a warp resistant design, this pan holds its shape under high heat and is engineered for everyday baking.
Nonstick Performance
The smooth silver silicone-based nonstick coating helps baked donuts release from the pan while preserving their shape and surface details. The coated interior also helps reduce sticking and makes cleanup easier after baking. Designed for oven-baked donuts, this pan lets you prepare homemade treats without deep frying.
Design
Part of the Nordic Ware Northern Lights Collection, this donut pan features a vibrant Twilight Blue exterior inspired by the aurora borealis. The colorful finish adds visual interest to your bakeware collection, while the six round cavities create the classic ring shape associated with homemade donuts. Use the pan for breakfast treats, snacks, dessert, and special occasions.
Care Instructions
Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Oven safe up to 425°F. Hand washing is recommended. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners, which can damage the nonstick coating. Allow pan to cool before washing.

Classic Donut Pan
Maybe just a little less heavy than typical Nordicware pans, but performed like a champ! Purchased two, and used both a few mornings after they arrived. I'd love to be able to dish-wash, but hand washing is a small price to pay for keeping a nice pan nice. Another winner!

Classic Donut Pan
The coating came off mine on first use. Don’t know why. Did not use metal utensils and temp was at 400. Made gluten free bagels.

Classic Donut Pan
I used this pan the same day it arrived, and yes, yes, yes - you can have baked donuts! I had been looking at this pan (as well as the mini-donut pan) for some time and decided to just go ahead and buy it. The donuts come out looking just like the pictures! My only complaint is the baking time was about three minutes too long, but then again, that just might be my oven. Yumm-O!

Classic Donut Pan
I love this pan! The donuts turn out just right -my only suggestion is to reduce the baking time to 10 - 12 minutes if you're using a convection oven.
