Care Instructions

Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Oven safe up to 425°F. Hand washing is recommended. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners, which can damage the nonstick coating. Allow pan to cool before washing.
